Provides business services for patients and the healthcare system.
- Patient registration
- Mails daily posting charges and payments Telephone protocols Assisting patients as needed
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and polite way Answer phones make reminder calls help patients with questions be willing to learn new tasks understand HMO/PPO insurance rules assist with billing alerts insurance updates Schedule patient appointments set up special testing bariatric patients Help faxing copying scanning medical records ROIs assisting patients medical record requests Post payments update patient accounts electronic medical record system Collect ROA's copays self-pay payments money service Get patient records ready next day clinic visits verifying patient demographics insurance information including billing alerts updating patient information pharmacy details Work team referrals prior authorizations tracking orders keep office running smoothly Be dependable problem solver communicate doctors coworkers complete tasks time supervision Learn use TMS equipment help patients treatment training provided Baptist excellent company work reputation leadership healthcare industry values employees teamwork giving community Baptist vested developing employees resources training education personal professional career growth
