About ASCAP The American Society of Composers Authors and Publishers ASCAP is a membership association of more than one million songwriters composers and music publishers and represents some of the world's most talented music creators.
Responsibilities
- Serve as critical contributor in executing content-related activities while helping establish processes workflows and best practices to support long-term scalability and accuracy.
- Deliver on individual and team goals by meeting established activity levels quality standards performance expectations Work with large sets of data to identify research resolve data discrepancies to maintain the integrity of ASCAP's repertory Communicate resolve data discrepancies by taking appropriate corrective action supporting workload coordination across internal third party teams ensure timely resolution Take action related performances works agreements resolve member inquiries Contribute development documentation refinement team processes training materials assisting onboarding knowledge-sharing new current team members Support execute quarterly quality control check procedures Participate special projects required including error remediation data clean-up pilot work helps define future state team Provide administrative operational support team facilitating meetings minutes supporting new team members.
