Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Electrical BIM Designer, we'll count on you to:
Create detailed electrical designs for facilities, including lighting systems, power systems, communications, security and fire detection in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Perform basic system calculations, drawing production, some master specification editing, and cost estimating assistance
Perform assignments utilizing standard engineering techniques and procedures under the supervision of a licensed professional
Direct the efforts of less-experienced CAD Technicians as needed
Perform other duties as needed
