Elements Massage - Kildaire Farm Rd is a new studio within Cary, NC. We provide a friendly, client focused environment where team members have opportunities to grow in their role and with the brand. We will provide everything needed to support you as a team member as well as a professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Face of Elements Massage - Kildaire Farms Rd, whether on the phone or in the studio providing service with a smile and setting the tone are vital.
• Create an exceptional massage experience for every client every time they enter our studio.
• Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program and influencing clients to join.
• Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is seamless.
• Following-up with clients telephonically regarding their upcoming visits and clients who have not visited the studio regularly.

Qualifications and Skills

• The right candidate must have a great personality, be social and inviting, establish relationships quickly and know how to influence.
• Listening to client needs is paramount. The little details can improve the experience for the client.
• Being driven and proactive are critical for this role.
• Must be able to listen to client objections and deliver solutions to those objections.
• Customer service experience is preferred, however not a requirement.
• Previous experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems is preferred, however not a requirement.
