Job summary
As an Investment Management Analyst you will be a member of the Investment Management Team working to assist with the management of Landmark's existing portfolio of owned assets.- Leverage financial modeling skills to analyze property-level and portfolio-level returns
- Facilitate due diligence for large-scale transactions such as refinancings recapitalizations and dispositions
- Compile and contextualize financial data with Asset Manager/Associate for distribution to management lenders and investors.
