Job DescriptionSalary: $22

*Contingent on Contract Award*

Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze network performance, including traffic patterns, bandwidth utilization, and latency, to identify areas for optimization and improvement
Troubleshoot network issues and outages, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes and implement timely resolutions
Configure, maintain, and support network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points, to ensure optimal performance and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices
Conduct security assessments and audits of network infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
Document network configurations, changes, and procedures to maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff on network-related issues and solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in network administration or engineering, with a strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs
Hands-on experience with network hardware and software, including Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Fortinet products
Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools, such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or Nagios
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent, are highly desirable
