    Our agency client is hiring for an Account Director to join their growing team

    This will be onsite, M-F. You must have agency experience to be considered

    They will consider relocation for the right candidate; however, you must be comfortable working onsite in office.

    *B2B experience is required for consideration.

    What you will be doing as an Account Director:

    -Manage and support core agency account services processes

    -Lead brand, strategy, and develop (with SMEs inside the agency) full scoped digital and traditional marketing plans for CMOs of global brands

    -Potentially lead junior account staff to help generate new ideas to help our smaller clients grow their businesses

    -Write proposals and SOWs as needed

    -Monitor the success of client programs, both digital and traditional, as provided by the team and suggest adjustments as necessary to meet the goals of the agreed upon plan or marketing initiatives.

    -Review and authorize final deliverables, bot digital and traditional, to clients through our creative, digital and account teams to ensure they are on brand, on strategy and on message

    Support new business on an as needed basis

    -Understand client specific needs to create effective marketing plans and programs

    What you need to know as an Account Director:

    -8+ years marketing experience preferably in the B2B marketing space.

    -Must be passionate about marketing, client service, account planning, branding, strategy, and mentoring staff with demonstrated experience in all areas.

    -Comfortable growing accounts understanding that agency net account growth is the one core KPIs of an agency

    Knowledge of marketing research and ability to provide tracking/reporting metrics for clients

    -Excellent multi-tasker who is capable of delegating authority and tasks, with follow up
