**GENERAL SUMMARY:**
Responsible for providing machining and assembly support to all internal customers at SPX Flow Rockford. The objective is to meet or exceed all our customers expectations in a timely, safe, and cost-effective way while continuously improving.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:**
Effectively utilize the SPX Flow Leadership Standards to create an environment that empowers people to achieve business objectives.
Manage a process of continuous improvement of safety, quality, and delivery, to improve cost and customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain lean manufacturing and continuous improvement objectives.
Develop, monitor, and implement goals, objectives, and measurements with team members to support the operating plan.
Match employee skills with production needs to maximize resource utilization, maintain quality standards and productivity requirements.
Manage the Performance Management System and salary administration program.
Establish and maintain operating budget for the department.
Administer policies and procedures timely and consistently to maintain high employee morale.
Model and promote the SPX Leadership Standards to create an environment that mobilizes empowered people to achieve business goals.

**QUALIFICATIONS/DESIRED BACKGROUND:**
BS degree in Business or Engineering or related experience is required.
A minimum of three years related experience and supervision in a manufacturing environment.
