    CPO Program DevelopmentCollaborate on initiatives to refine the CPO program, focusing on the seamless transition of incoming and outgoing aircraft.

    Assist the CPO Director with evaluating the program's trajectory and integrating innovative elements into the business model.

    Pinpoint market requirements for the expansion of Vision Jet-related services, such as Jetstream, Cirrus One, and Visionair, ensuring our offerings remain cutting-edge and client-focused.

    Certified Pre-Owned (CPO)

    Sales OperationsExecute detailed aircraft appraisals and valuations, establishing accurate market values for our fleet.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for the Pre-Owned Specialist, coordinating necessary maintenance, upgrades, and training.
    Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and broader business trends to inform strategic decisions.
    Harness the full suite of Cirrus Marketing's technical sales and promotional tools to enhance CPO sales strategies.
    Facilitate and support demonstration flights of the Vision SF50, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients across designated regions.
    Actively seek out and vet potential buyers by analyzing their needs.
    Plan and execute CPO aviation events from inception to completion, providing full logistical support and conducting thorough follow-ups.
    Address special requests from prospects and clients, collaborating closely with Cirrus Marketing to ensure exceptional service.
    Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, ensuring all contact information and client interactions are current and accurate.

    Bachelor's degree or 3-5 yrs. of experience in Sales & MarketingFAA Commercial Pilot Instrument Certificate, and second class medical required - CFII preferred, Vision SF50 Type preferred1+ year of prior business/program development experience desired1+ year of prior sales experience desiredAdvanced MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiencyOutgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")Excellent verbal/written communication skillsCompetenciesTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
