Description:
DOMA Technologies is a fast-expanding software company dedicated to delivering creative solutions and services to our clients. We are looking for a skilled Proposal Writer to join our team and craft top-notch proposals in response to intricate RFPs. The Proposal Writer will collaborate closely with the Capture, Business Development, and Technical teams to produce compliant and persuasive proposals that align with client demands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop complex federal proposals that are compliant and compelling.
• Create technical proposal narratives for software development, digital transformation, and cloud-focused opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to document, write, and showcase proposed solutions and past performance.
• Manage proposal content databases, including past performance references, resumes, and technical approach content.
• Create and implement proposal outlines, schedules, and compliance matrices.
• Partner with Capture and Business Development teams to shape win themes, differentiators, and value propositions.
• Craft, edit, and format proposal content to meet RFP requirements.
• Assist in proposal review cycles, integrating feedback from various stakeholders.
• Review and edit proposals for accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
• Conduct final proposal review and quality assurance checks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in proposal development with a proven track record of successful proposals.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience collaborating with technical SMEs to develop proposal narratives that meet client requirements.
• Experience in creating technical proposal narratives for software development, digital transformation, and cloud-focused opportunities.
• Solid understanding of the acquisition process and procurement regulations.
• Ability to analyze complex RFPs and develop compliant and compelling responses.
• Strong project management skills with the capability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant proposal tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• APMP certification.
• Shipley certification and/or training.
• Extensive experience in developing federal proposals.
