    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information, scheduling children for their sessions, scheduling and maintaining instructor schedules and resolving technical issues, when needed

    Responsibilities:
    Handle customer inquiries and complaintsProvide information about Mathnasium servicesTroubleshoot and resolve issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving servicesQualifications:Previous experience in managing an office, customer service, front desk is a MUSTPrevious experience in managing staff and staff schedules is desirableSolid understanding and use of Google Suite (Email, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorHours:
    Monday
