    About the team:

    You will be part of the platform team, who's working within Hosting and Managed Services.

    What you will be doing:

    You will work within a Global Team to ensure production environments, availability, and compliance across all Environments, define monitors and alerts across platforms, and ensure regular tuning and review.

    Additionally, you will manage application releases into all Production Environments according to the Change Management process.

    Your main tasks will be maintaining and improving the Information Security, providing day to day technical support for the infrastructure hosting Capital Markets applications. This is to ensure proper operation on technology applications and equipment for the Capital Markets and our large financial institution clients.

    You will be exposed to a Broad cross-section of the financial industry and will gain in depth knowledge of Exchange Technologies and Markets

    Added to that, you will:

    • Provide technical support for issues related to clients hosted environments for FIS Cleared Derivatives products, ClearVision, Ubix and Apex collateral
    • Deploy product upgrades/patches on the clients Production environment
    • Perform root cause analysis for production issues
    • Coordinate between different teams during a production incident / Client On-Boarding
    • Design procedures for implementation, system troubleshooting and maintenance
    • Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks, issues resolution scripting
    • Require weekend availability for frequent changes on the system

    What you bring:

    • Experience with Linux / Docker /Kafka
    • Experienced 3rd party tools Management
    • Knowledge of modern CI/CD tools
    • Knowledge of CRM (SNOW/Jira
    • Worked on/with System and Application Monitoring tool like Geneos
    • Automation skills (preferred but not mandatory)
    • Citrix (preferred but not mandatory)
    • Network troubleshooting
    • MQ (preferred but not mandatory)

    FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $60, $99,350.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
