    Job Description

    PubMatic is hiring for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help fuel our US growth within our technology teams. Our Recruiters are responsible for finding exceptional candidates who possess a unique, entrepreneurial spirit and passion for online advertising across Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Technology roles. You will be joining a high impact recruiting team functioning as internal consultants to drive strategic, operational, and organizational excellence.

    What you will do:

    • Take responsibility for end-to-end hiring for Product or ML positions
    • Be a Business Partner to Hiring Managers, offering guidance around hiring strategy, the current market, and salaries.
    • Ensure a best-in-class recruitment process - no one gets left behind (ghosted), no spray and pray
    • Directly source qualified, exceptionally talented candidates for Product, Machine Learning or Engineering positions across the US
    • Management of the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors).
    • Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, searches and research.
    • Manage inbound applicants within LinkedIn and SuccessFactors
    • Follow process, while we have a start-up feel, we still follow a structured hiring process
    • Execute sourcing strategies that produce a diverse slate of candidates.
    • Communicate with candidates/new hires throughout the entire hiring and orientation process.

    Requirements

    • Prior Engineering, Product or Machine Learning recruitment experience is necessary
    • Experience working internally for fast-growing, technology-led businesses.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
    • LinkedIn Recruiter expert
    • Adtech and SuccessFactors experience a bonus

    This is a temporary role for 3 months initially.
