RGA's Global Audit and Advisory team partners with business leaders to address complex challenges that influence risk management, professional practices and organizational value. In this role, you will strengthen data‑driven decision‑making by ensuring data-readiness, maintaining key audit and CRM systems, and developing dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights.

You will serve as the administrator for department technology, ensuring these tools are optimized to meet needs and support efficient and consistent audit delivery and reporting. Additionally, you will uphold and advance the department's professional practice standards—supporting methodology development, quality assurance activities, process improvements, and documentation that reinforces audit excellence across the function.

This position enables the broader audit team to focus on higher‑value analytics and strategic interpretation by ensuring strong system integrity, reliable reporting, and consistent alignment to professional practice expectations.

Principle Duties:

  • Prepare, clean, and structure data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.

  • Execute audit analytic and reporting needs by partnering with members of the department to ensure output is fit for purpose.

  • Administer department technology, including user management, configuration, and system troubleshooting.

  • Enhance system workflows and configurations to improve efficiency, usability, and audit process execution.

  • Design, build, and maintain department dashboards and scorecards that deliver timely, actionable insights.

  • Identify automation and process‑improvement opportunities while supporting KPI monitoring and departmental performance reporting.

  • Support upholding and enhancing audit methodology, quality assurance processes, and documentation standards that strengthen consistency and excellence across the department.

  • Ability to drive enhancements to department culture and engagement through usage of industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • BS/BA in accounting/finance, computer information systems, management science, communications, or related fields

  • Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) or MBA in business, business administration, computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience preferred

Work Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in data preparation, reporting, or analytics support.

  • Experience with artificial intelligence, CRM and audit systems, Cloud concepts, and APIs such as Workday, AuditBoard, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and the Microsoft suite of products

  • Background in financial services, investments, insurance, or reinsurance

  • Experience working in the auditing field or professional practices

License & Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional Certification, Certified Associate in Project Management accreditation, Certified Internal Auditor or equivalent certification

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or audit concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Required

  • Effective time management, critical thinking, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Required

  • Collaborative team player with strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous‑improvement mindset.Required

  • 2+ years of experience in data preparation, reporting, or analytics, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Required

  • Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL, with familiarity in data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).Required

  • Ability to analyze data trends and ensure consistency across reports, dashboards, and messaging.Required

  • Willingness to administer or learn systems such as AuditBoard, Workday and Kapta CRM while building strong relationships across audit, functional and technical teams.Required

  • Experience with Power BI, artificial intelligence, data analytics and AuditBoard. Preferred

  • Familiarity with audit principles, audit standards or financial services industry. Preferred

  • Prior experience administering enterprise systems or CRMs. Preferred

Compensation Range:

$66, $94,800.00 Annual

Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
