    Compensation:
    $50,000 yearly plus Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance


    Responsibilities:

    • Produce and edit high-quality video content for Mission Realty's brand, including market community videos, educational content, team member features, promotional videos, and more
    • Film on-site video content featuring the owner and team to promote community areas, events, and the Mission Realty brand.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, capture, and execute media projects that support company goals.
    • Assist with creative direction, shot planning, and storytelling to ensure content aligns with brand standards.
    • Maintain and properly care for video, audio, lighting, and related production equipment.
    • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Stay current with real estate media and digital marketing trends to continually enhance content quality

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in videography and video editing.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video storytelling and editing skills.
    • Proficiency with professional video/audio equipment, lighting, and stabilization tools.
    • Experience with video editing software.
    • Familiarity with creating long-form and short-form video content for various digital platforms and social media.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and a creative visual eye.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
