    Allied Resources is looking for a Resource Coordinator for an exciting Full-time opportunity with a utility company in the greater Providence RI area. This position provides an excellent compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, etc.

    A Day in the Life:

    • Efficiently manage projects, optimizing resources based on workforce availability, performance, and geographic and schedule considerations.
    • Coordinate short and long-term Opex and Capital projects, ensuring timely completion by both internal and external contractor crews.
    • Streamline internal processes to deliver comprehensive project folders to external contractors, including material orders, job cards, drawings, and paperwork collection.
    • Monitor work backlog to ensure projects are completed on time, balancing and coordinating internal and external resources as needed.
    • Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, providing guidance and support to ensure construction schedules are adhered to and communicated effectively.

    The Wish List:

    • 3+ years' related experience, preferably in the utility industry
    • Understanding of Electrical Overhead & UG Line work, and/or Substation Work
    • An Associates' degree from a technical school is desired
