As our business continues to expand, we're excited to offer a new opportunity for an Outside Sales Representative in the dynamic Lee and Collier county markets. This role not only contributes to our long-term revenue growth but also provides a platform for personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• You must be an ambitious person and be a self-starter.
• You must be self-motivated and not need outside forces to motivate you.
• You must have prior success in a sales role where hunting was required.
• You must demonstrate the ability to successfully operate in a customer-focused environment.
• You must be a good decision-maker. You must be able to problem solve, decide on a course of action, and execute.
• You must be goal-oriented and leverage your professional role to meet your personal goals.
• You must have excellent verbal communication skills as well as computer literacy.
• You must be highly organized, be able to multi-task, and have the ability to pay attention to detail.
• Understanding of Collision Industry Operations is preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000
