Job summary
We are looking for a Tailman on a Pipe Crew to join our team.You must have at least one year of experience. This position is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Pipe Layer. In addition,
the Tailman is responsible for the assembly, connection, and construction of pipe systems for storm drains in relation to heavy construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist pipe layer in the installation of water main and sewers
- Perform manual labor involved in assembling heavy construction pipe systems.
- Ability to check trench for safe slopes and correct ladder entrance/exit placement.
- Hand-dig pipe bedding for proper elevation and alignment.
