    About the position:
    Join Raymond's Customer Support Service team as a Parts Technical Support Specialist in Syracuse, NY. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, Sales and Support Centers, Toyota Material Handling, and internal departments to resolve technical, scientific, or engineering issues impacting the sales, installation, and utilization of Raymond products and services. Moreover, you will play a vital role in the aftermarket modification process, equipment control module programming, and printing truck capacity tags.


    You will:
    • Regularly engage with Raymond Dealer networks to address Requests for Assistance (RFA).
    • Assist internal Raymond customers with New Product Development when necessary.
    • Interpret engineering drawings, Bills of Material (BOM), and vendor technical data to produce Technical Illustrations for Product Support Publications.
    • Ensure timely availability of technical documentation to fulfill Company and Customer requirements.
    • Manage and enhance the information database with relevant supporting material.


    About the schedule:
    This role follows a 1st-shift schedule and requires onsite presence in Syracuse, NY.


    About you:
    A Bachelor's Degree or a related technical certificate is essential
    5-8 years of experience in a technical sales field are required
    Proficiency in interpreting supplier drawings and BOMs is a must
    Capability for independent judgment, critical thinking, and creativity

    It would be great if you had:
    Experience with JD Edwards software
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    Preferably, familiarity with SAP, Oracle CRM, and ServiceNow
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills


    About the total compensation package:
    Salary range of $67,614 - $86,689 annually, based on education, skills, and experience.

    Relocation assistance may be available for this position.
