    Twin Valley Middle/High School is a rural school found in Southern Vermont serving about 180 students in grades 6-12. Open for the 24-25 school year is a School-Based Clinician position.

    VT LICSW or LMHCResponsibilities may include:Provide Case management for 8-10 Targeted (+) studentsCoordinate Wrap-Around Services for intensive social/emotional (non-IEP)Conduct Small Group Counseling/Social SkillsConduct Home visitsCoordinate Family CounselingServe as a resource for DCF ReportingServe as a member of the Counseling TeamCo-respond to students in crisisConsult at the Universal level around Social/Emotional SupportsInterested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, proof of licensure, copies of transcripts and three current letters of references.
