    Mozaic (a chapter of NYSARC) is looking for a full time Administrative/Benefits Assistant in Auburn and Waterloo, NY. If you are organized with strong communication skills and a passion for optimizing procedure, we invite you to apply for the Administrative/Benefits Assistant position.

    Administrative/Benefits Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

    An Administrative/Benefits Assistant provides secretarial and administrative services for the residential, intake, and nursing programs. They assist with completing service benefits documents and serve as a resource in other project-oriented capacities, providing research, analysis, and/or data-gathering functions. Additionally, they track regulatory and corporate compliance documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely fashion. This assistant will also manage the financial aspects of inventory, budgets, and requisitions. They represent themselves positively and professionally to individuals supported, families, staff, and the public.

    Administrative/Benefits Assistant Minimum Qualifications:
    • High School diploma
    • Strong computer skills; Excel and Word.
    • Minimum of three years' experience is recommended.
    • Possesses a valid NYS driver's license

    • Scheduled Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4 pm
    • Full Time: 37.5 Hours per week
    • Location: Seneca & Cayuga County
    • Hourly Rate: $ $21.00
