Job summary
Overssee All Payer Claims Database (APCD) states ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and managing high risk areas.
Responsibilities
- Running/reviewing/setting up projects end to end including setting timelines communicating with regulators translating regulations into business requirements using automated tools and reports as well as non-automated tools.Reearch and investigates issues identified both internally by our customers identifying possible system issues assists with correction of the issues identified writing complex business requirements based on findings ensures a successful correction of issues identified.Utilizing knowledge of data sources systems products influences changes in processes in place to streamline automate as much as possible.Mentors Trains Coaches within environment broadly group settings all levels voluntarily sought provides technical support for tools used in department creation training material for department.Builds strong teams APCD team across other teams optimizes results staff utilization.Effectively communicates verbally writing language suitable audience effectively communicate negative news regulators writing verbally person effectively communicate PBM account managers clients setting expectations timelines escalates issues business partners senior team members.Create maintains process documents proper record submission documentation actions taken documentation files reported status files work-related tasks Maintains appropriate documentation reporting requirements assigned states writes updates Policies Procedures team
