Mission
REALIZE YOUR TALENT
The Product Quality Engineer assists Radiall site leadership and site team with ensuring production requirements are completed according to customer/internal requirements as well as established plans.
Working side by side with engineers to review Drawings, Technical Data Sheets, Customer spec, Quality Clauses to ensure performance of product is in accordance with customer requirements.
Provide relevant instructions to Quality personnel in support of inspection plans and first articles.
Manage and Supports all internal audits, supplier audits & AS9100 audits
Participate in continuous improvement projects & problem solving drills
Maintain inspection records, daily technical support and monitoring of inspection activities, including data collection
Perform product validation & qualification activities
Maintain, monitor and report out on quality KPIs
Profile
KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in related field (preferred) and/or 5+ years of Engineering or similar experience
FMEA/Control Plan knowledge
AS9100 requirements experience in processing and reviewing of first articles
Internal & external Audit experience
Familiarity with management of Root Cause Analysis along with the tools & methodology
To comply with ITAR, must be US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident
Full-time position, 5 days on site
