    Branch Manager


    Summary:

    The Sales and Project Manager will be assigned to specific sales territory and maintains current customer accounts as well as developing new accounts.

    The Sales and Project Manager will represent RMS Crane & Rigging for the purpose of obtaining orders for our commercial construction Crane and Rigging services.

    Developing and penetrating new clients with the intent of establishing long-term relationships.

    Salary Range:
    $85,000 to 105,000 annually DOE to include additional sales bonuses.

    Responsibilities

    Perform all your responsibilities in a safe, legal, professional, and ethical manner.
    Maintain effective relationships with established customers.
    Attains assigned territory sales objectives through territory management, planning, and development.
    Prepares quotes and coordinates with the dispatch office.

    Ability to read, interpret, and determine that an assigned crane can perform the lift by utilizing the Manufacture's load charts.

    Ability to verbally communicate safety issues to customers and internal workers.
    Answer incoming calls or emails, sizing crane work, and scheduling jobs with customers.
    Forward the bigger or more complex jobs to project managers as necessary.
    Use Docusign to set up new customers or COD accounts or send credit apps as needed.
    Input pertinent job information into FCC.
    Determine appropriate crane for a task, prepare quotes and coordinate with the dispatch office.
    Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
    Other tasks as assigned by manager.
    Attention to detail and punctuality are required.

    Qualifications


    Qualifications:
    High School diploma or GED required.
    1 year of commercial construction sales preferred.
    Sales experience in a business-to-business environment is strongly preferred.
    Self-Motivated and strong initiative to succeed is required.
    Experience in crane operations and proper rigging techniques preferred.
