They are actively seeking a Senior System Engineer, Level II based in Columbia, MD
This will be a Full time, role
This position requires an active Top Secret SCI Full Scope Polygraph.

Here are the current roles we have available at this time
Senior System Engineer, Level II - Columbia, MD Responsibilities:
Overall lead of an engineering and development team
Analyze system requirements and assist in design and development activities for complex systems
Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
Responsible for the integration of requirements, design and technology during the design and development of complex systems
Seamlessly incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
Develop associated technical documentation
Guide implementation of and adherence to C4ISR/DoDAF process and Capability Maturity Model integrated {CMMi) best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Ten (10) years experience in technical program management and/or system development team lead.
Ten ( 10) years experience developing systems with relational database applications in Oracle, Sybase, or SQL.
Eight (8) years experience developing systems with object-oriented programming language (i.e
Java, C++)
System Engineer, Level III - Columbia, MD Responsibilities:
System Engineer III Analyzes users requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications
Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.
Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology
Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
Required Qualifications:
Twelve (12) years experience in technical program management and/or system development team lead
At least 50% of experience shall be related to SIGINT
Communications Systems
or Information Technology.
Ten ( 10) years experience as a system engineer in programs that encompassed systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production
integration
test and transition to operations.
Five (5) years experience of system engineering in an intelligence community environment
Senior Software Engineer - Columbia, MD Responsibilities:
The Senior Software Engineer develops
maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements.
Works individually or as part of a teamReviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results.
Resolves software problem reports
Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment
Required Qualifications:
Ten (IO) years experience in technical program management and/or system development team lead.
Ten ( t 0) years experience developing systems with relational database applications in Oracle, Sybase, or SQL
Must be proficient in data modeling and data manipulation.
Eight (8) years experience developing systems with object-oriented programming language (i.e
Java, C++).
