    Golfzon America, Headquartered in Chantilly Virginia, is a subsidiary of Golfzon Co, Ltd with its Global Headquarter in Seoul, Korea. Since the establishment of Golfzon America in 2016, the company has grown rapidly in the U.S. with the world's best golf simulators. The company is hiring a Customer Service Representative/ Associate to join our operations team.

    As customer service is instrumental to the success of the company, we are looking to fill this position with someone who, as a Customer Service Representative/ Associate , is reliable, self-managed, eager to learn and can provide superior customer service and a positive experience to all customers.

    Job Summary:

    As a Customer Service Representative/ Associate, you will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions to any issues customers are experiencing. Being on call to support customers outside of normal business hours. You will also be expected to work closely with the operations staff/ managers for scheduling service visits and dispatching service technicians to customer sites for maintenance and repairs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Answer incoming customer calls regarding product issues, service questions, and general client concerns

    · Respond to all service inquiries and work with the engineers to provide solutions

    · Schedule service visits as needed with technical teams and in collaboration with operations team managers

    · Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

    · Update customer information in the customer service database (Zendesk) during and after each call

    · Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies

    · Impact the company's bottom line by solving problems and turning frustrated clients into happy and repeat customers

    Qualifications and Skills:

    · 1-2 years of customer service preferred

    · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English)

    · Ability to multitask

    · Ability to effectively prioritize workload

    · Ability to teamwork, as well as the ability to work independently

    · Well organized

    · Efficient knowledge of MS Office

    · Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends

    · Must have ability to use and manage customer service ticketing system/ software (Zendesk)

    · Must have technical experience to learn Golfzon technology and products
