    Part-time to Full Time Medical Front Office Coordinator for our Family Practice Clinic. Two yearsof front-office Medical experience is a must. Please qualified applicants only. Medical Asisstants are welcome to apply for this position.


    We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills (in person and over the phone)

    Must have a positive demeanor, and professional appearance, be a team player, organized and very detail-orientated, and be able to resume tasks after disruption. Good Computer skills are a must.

    Welcome and assist patients as needed in the registration process.

    Obtain accurate demographic information and enter into our system.

    Scan insurance cards and update any changes in the system accurately.

    Collect co-pays, co-ins, deductibles, and balances due. Print receipts and apply for payments accurately.

    Balance credit card, checks, and cash daily.

    Call insurance companies to verify benefits and deductibles

    Schedule and Confirm appointments

    Manage online appointment request

    Manage 3 phone lines

    Scan Reports into the computer system

    Document management.

    General housekeeping, opening and closing.

    Assist coworkers as needed
