• This position offers guidance and assistance to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in charge of overseeing all nursing and designated patient care services within the hospital.
• The role involves assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices across multiple units.
• Responsibilities include 24/7 coverage of designated areas under the Director's supervision to ensure top-quality and safe nursing care, staff competency, and proper resource management.
• Requires an active RN license and proficiency in interpersonal communication, leadership, hospital operations, and advocacy for the nursing profession.

• Required: Associate degree in nursing with a bachelor's degree in a healthcare field or a BSN
• Preferred: MSN or master's in a healthcare related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting
• Certification: Current licensure, certification, or registration as required by state regulations; BLS certification
