    Position Summary:


    We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Engineering Director to join our team, steering excellence in both engineering and manufacturing processes.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Strategic Vision:
    Provide strategic guidance for the engineering department, aligning objectives with broader business goals.
    Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


    Project Management:
    Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects within specified scope, budget, and timeline.
    Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering initiatives across departments.


    Process Optimization:
    Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency enhancements within food manufacturing operations.
    Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize production processes and improve overall operational performance.


    Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure engineering activities adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
    Collaborate closely with regulatory affairs to stay updated on changes in the food manufacturing industry.


    Quality Assurance:
    Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes to uphold product quality and safety standards.
    Collaborate with quality control teams to address and resolve any quality-related issues.


    Budget Management:
    Develop and manage the engineering department budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to meet project and organizational objectives.


    Talent Development:
    Recruit, train, and nurture engineering talent, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.
    Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team development.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; master's degree preferred.
    Proven leadership experience in the food manufacturing industry.
    Demonstrated success in project management, process optimization, and quality assurance.
    Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the food manufacturing sector.
    Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Budget management experience.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
