    Position Summary
    Performs complex auditing and clerical work in connection with the maintenance of financial records and the preparation of financial reports. Compile, audit, and record revenue for Sandia Resort & Casino, Bien Mur Market Center, Bien Mur Travel Center, and Sandia Lakes.

    Supervision Exercised
    Supervised by the Revenue Audit Supervisor.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities
    1.Gather and reconcile revenue and other financial and statistical information for all revenue departments utilizing various accounting systems' reports.
    1. Research, investigate, and correct financial data variances and discrepancies.
    2. Audit revenues and other financial and statistical information daily accurately and efficiently.
    3. Reviews source documents from various gaming areas for compliance with the minimum internal control standards and company policies.
    4. Enter daily revenue information into journal entry format for general ledger upload.
    5. Performs daily audits accurately and efficiently in accordance to established policy and procedures and documents the results of the audit.
    6. In coordination with Revenue Audit Manager and Senior Revenue Auditor, prepares any requested financial or statistical analysis reports.
    7. Produces audited and unaudited reports for each department.
    8. Ensures proper filing and storage of audit paperwork.
    9. Provides required support to external auditors, Sandia Tribal Gaming representatives, and Internal Audit.
    10. Responsible for training and ensuring compliance with minimum internal control standards and company policies.
    11. Performs related duties as assigned.

    4. Must have strong teamwork, verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with multiple levls of management.
    5. Ability to work odd and unusual hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
    6. Ability to file, use spreadsheets, word processor, standard office machine equipment, and ten key by touch.
    7. Ability to use discretion in working with sensitive and confidential records.
    Requirements:

    Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

    Required:
    1. High School Diploma or GED certification.
    2. One (1) year experience in accounting or bookkeeping position.
    Licensing Status
    1. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License.
    2. Will require a post-offer, pre-employment and random drug screening.
    Working Conditions
    1. Work is performed indoors.
    2. Work hours subject to change with overtime work required.
    3. Must be able to work long hours under stressful conditions.
    4. Subject to hazards which may cause personal bodily harm: smoke, common colds, influenza, dust, odors and elevated noise levels.
    5. Tasks may be performed on uneven, inclined, hard and soft carpeted floors, cement structures and surfaces.
    6. Duties may involve walking, standing for long periods of time, sitting and crouching.
    7. Specific required movements include the following:
    • Trunk-bend, twist, rotate, push, pull, and carry
    • Arms-reach, carry, push, pull, lift, twist, and rotate
    • Legs-lift, push, pull, twist, and rotate
    • Hands-grasp, manipulate, bilateral coordination, eye and hand coordination, overall and finger dexterity.
