    Description

    • Lead and manage all aspects of mission critical construction projects, from initiation to closeout.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
    • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
    • Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual agreements.
    • Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and risks.
    • Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.

    Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience in construction project management, with a focus on mission critical facilities.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.
    • Knowledge of construction best practices, building codes, and regulations.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects.
    • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
