- Participating in engineering design efforts to create construction documents on assigned projects with systems including HVAC, process piping and ductwork.
- Preparing project specifications for HVAC and piping designs.
- Conducting site visits to obtain necessary field data for designs.
- Preparing and reviewing shop drawings and submittals for conformance to construction documents and specifications.
- Participating in all phases of design and construction for multiple projects.
- Collaborating with other team members and clients, utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or related engineering degree from an accredited institution).
- Relevant mechanical engineering design experience with a focus on HVAC and piping systems design, plumbing knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in Revit.
- Proficient knowledge of Trane Trace software.
- LEED Accreditation is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well with both a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work within an environment with deadlines, and when tasked with multiple duties your attention to detail stays consistent.

Our projects are DESIGNED to be BUILT.
We are currently looking for MechanicalEngineers to join our Engineering department located at our office in Nashville, TN. Our ideal candidate for an Engineer will be someone who has 3 + years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer or in a similar role. They will be someone who is a self starter and will bring a strong sense of leadership, direction, and commitment to our projects.
