    What does NOC Supervision Specialist - Core / IT do?
    Fault Monitoring and reporting for IT and Core nodes
    Engagement and escalation to all stakeholder teams
    Planned Network activities support
    NMS Health Checks
    Service Requests Handling
    Health Checks of various platforms/tools

    • Key Deliverables
    Alarm monitoring of various domains like CS Core, PS Core, IN, VAS, DFS, IT-INFRA, IT-DB and applications.
    Service impact calculation of outage incidents.
    IN complaints handling.
    IMEI Whitelisting service requests handling
    JazzCash and Cloud Monitoring
    UFM/Netcool Health Check for auto escalations
    Major KPI trends monitoring and reporting
    Provide support to field teams for Network Planned Activities and to do pre-post verifications
    UNS Health Check to ensure smooth working of all auto and manual escalations

    Requirements

    • Experience and Educational requirements
    B.S. or B.Sc. Electrical/Telecom/Computer Engineering
    Prior working Experience in a NOC Environment.
    Hands on experience with IT and Core equipment.
    Willing to work in shifts, on holidays & emergencies.

    • Soft skills and technical skills required
    Good understanding of IT and CS/PS Core technologies
    Thorough know-how of network topologies and their inter-working
    Good understanding of basic call flows for 2G/3G/4G.
    Hands-on experience of NMS systems and associated software tools.
    Fault Management Procedures & Industry Practices.
    Deep understanding of Network Operations Environment.
    Customer Centric Approach to facilitate the internal customer teams.
    Computer Proficiency, MS Office must include MS Visio & Power point.
    Good Communication and Presentations skills.
