About the roleWhat you need to know:

To lead auto underwriting and product management of the Profit Centers business including:Assist PCM to manage AIGs underwriting processes and procedures in compliance to the SME Underwriting Guidelines and Risk Appetite.

Independently underwrite risks and structure complex programs received from key distributions.
Conduct underwriting trainings to Distribution team, agents and brokers.
Be the first referral point for the junior underwriters.
Be the source of ideas of system/ underwriting improvement projects.
