    Summary: Lead the implementation of the existing Pinnacle compliance framework and develop initiatives to enhance overall compliance culture.

    Requirements:

    • In-depth knowledge of federal and state healthcare compliance regulations.
    • Previous experience in healthcare compliance management.
    • Strong understanding of corrective action plans (CAPAs).
    • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks.
    • Experience in designing and implementing compliance awareness programs.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in regulatory compliance reporting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the implementation of the existing Pinnacle compliance framework.
    • Develop a comprehensive reference document outlining federal and state healthcare compliance regulations.
    • Design and launch an awareness program to enhance Pinnacle's overall compliance culture.
    • Provide training to existing Local Healthcare Compliance Representatives (LHC-RPs) to effectively manage compliance matters.
    • Collaborate with LHC-RPs and local teams to implement corrective action plans identified in recent audits.
    • Deliver regular progress reports to the Global Healthcare Compliance team based in Europe.
    Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
