Job DescriptionBenefits:We have some availability for Overnight shifts, but please pay attention to the time. They are only flexible from 7p-5a or 7:30p-5:30a. We have other shifts available, but wanted to put a specific post for this one. This is a low maintenance shift. Transfer to bed, then client generally sleeps through the night. Husband in another room and their daughter are also there. They want peace of mind that Mom isn't alone. VERY sweet client
Care Assistant Position at Qualicare KC Home Care with Fall Detection located in Lees Summit/Raintree, MO, and surrounding areas, is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. If you have a passion for helping others and desire a purposeful career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers.
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Assist/Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting
Requirements:
- Experience in life with Caregiving or professionally
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must hold a valid Driver's License
- Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers
