Position Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and executing key business projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure project success and alignment with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic business projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes.
Drive cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership.
Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
Ensure project documentation and best practices are maintained.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
MBA
preferred.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of
5 years .
Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and risk management.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
PMP
or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
