    Job DescriptionLead the team within Liquidity Risk Management responsible for the production, maintenance, and enhancements of Corporate Treasury's daily liquidity risk management reporting MIS and associated analytics.

    This leader will ensure liquidity risk management materials are reported on a timely and accurate basis, while also partnering with stakeholders across Corporate Treasury, enterprise data teams, and second line risk management functions to identify and support emerging risk reporting needs and capabilities.

    Manages all aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes including financial and capital expenditures reporting. Manages the annual planning processes including salary, fixed asset, capital expenditure and detailed planning by center. Conducts in-depth comparison analyses on actual performance results compared to annual plan, forecasts, and prior period results. Consults with the line of business head on projections and results making recommendations for improvement as necessary. Coordinates and/or conducts accounting policy reviews for compliance with Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) rules and Corporate Accounting policy. Creates profitability analyses and financial models as needed. Performs analysis and reporting for large projects including acquisitions and divestitures. Manages a team of Finance Managers and Finance Analysts.
    Basic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience 13 or more years of relevant financial management experience
    • Five or more years of management experiencePreferred Skills/Experience
    • Demonstrated mastery of liquidity risk management regulations and associated concepts, spanning liquidity coverage ratio, net stable funding ratio, liquidity stress testing, and the dynamics of different liquidity monetization channels
    • Exposure to a diverse set of lines of business within a commercial bank, with associated lending and deposit gathering activities
    • Significant experience with writing SQL code/logic and database management
    • Experience with business intelligence software / infrastructure such as PowerBI and/or Tableau
    • Considerable knowledge of accounting/finance principles
    • Advanced planning and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • MBA or CPA preferredThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S.

    Pay Range:
    $139, $164, $180,840.00Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
