    of Responsibilities

    The Accounting Manager manages and oversees the daily operations of the accounting department and monitors and analyzes accounting data, and produces financial reports or statements. Accounting manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. Payroll manager responsibilities include bi-weekly processing of payroll.

    Responsibilities include the following:
    1. Directs and supervises the Department's staff work tasks and ensures that all weekly, monthly and all other work deadlines are met.
    2. Prepares the Company's daily Cash Flow.
    3. Prepares daily EFT Remittance Report and reconciles the numbers with the Billing Manager's Report.
    4. Process the daily check deposits.
    5. Prepares the Company's employee bi-weekly payroll and final pay for terminated employees.
    6. Prepares State Compensation reports and Interface with the State Comp Auditor during audit.
    7. Review and check the weekly Accounts Payable and funds availability. 8. Process, seek approval of all ACHs vendors weekly payment or as needed. 9. Prepares monthly financial management reports: Aging of AP, EFT monthly reports, and Monthly deposits from all sources.
    10.Checks and reviews all 1099 Vendors paid weekly and make sure all W9 are on file for the year end filing.

    11.Prepare the monthly Salesmen commission spreadsheet for approval and process payment.

    12.Prepares the monthly PHC and AIC outside labor cost spreadsheet for approval and process payment.

    13.Reconciles monthly all bank statements, credit cards and merchant card statements and submit report to the CPA.

    14.Prepare the Company AR and Inventory Reports and submit the same to the CPA.
