    Position:
    Operations Supervisor – City Experience

    Reporting to:
    City Experience Manager


    Pay:
    $35.69 per hour


    POSITION DESCRIPTION:
    Supervise the Resort Operations staff to ensure excellent owner/guest service.

    Actively listen and respond positively to owner/guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific processes to resolve issues and interact with owners and guests.


    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Understand, be familiar with and help to ensure Pulse Brand Standards are met
    Understand, be familiar with and help to ensure Quality Control audit requirements are met
    Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching associates
    Audit and review daily, weekly and period end payroll reports, as needed
    Direct hourly associates in setting up, maintaining, and breaking down service areas and all guest events and activities

    Lead guest activities and events as needed – food tastings, chocolate tastings, paint n' sip activity, informational talks, walking tours, Mocktails 'n Music events, etc.

    Conduct inventory and submit purchase orders via the BirchStreet system
    Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications
    Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
    Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
    Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; and identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings
    Miscellaneous tasks as assigned


    Qualifications:
    ~1-3 years experience in a leadership role within a hotel, convention, or conference center or similar environment
    ~ Proven ability to plan and organize events effectively, with an acute sense of detail
    ~ Professional demeanor and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external
    ~ Prior experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
    ~ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    ~ Ability to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
