    Position Description:

    We're on the lookout for a dedicated Part-time Contract Recruiter to join the Human Capital team at Foundry. In this role, you will collaborate with various business leaders to fuel the Company's expansion across all sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include candidate sourcing and screening, managing interview procedures, and handling job offers and negotiations to ensure a positive candidate journey.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, promoting the Company's culture and values along the way
    • Collaborate with platform managers to devise and implement tailored recruitment strategies for roles spanning from entry-level positions to senior management
    • Team up with the Human Capital division to stay updated on open job positions, hiring trends, and HR recruitment strategies
    • Participate in regular recruiting meetings to provide updates on vacancies and share effective talent acquisition techniques
    • Optimize the recruitment process by utilizing Foundry's ATS tools and data analytics, such as LinkedIn, Talent Hub, and HRIS
    • Proactively explore new channels to attract top-tier candidates
    • Brainstorm with the Human Capital Recruitment team to develop innovative approaches for attracting top talent
    • Collaborate with external staffing agencies when necessary; oversee partnerships, negotiate staffing agreements, and enhance the recruitment experience for internal managers
    • Work closely with Human Capital Business Partners to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process
    • Support Foundry's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruitment initiatives

    Education and Experience:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
    • Accumulate 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, Construction, or Project Management
    • Demonstrate proficiency in sourcing candidates for various positions, from entry-level to executive roles
    • Proven track record in generating leads and building diverse talent pools
    • Possess excellent influencing skills to align with hiring manager expectations and business requirements
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities
    • Excel in high-volume recruitment settings
    • Be a team player capable of independent work and multitasking
    • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experience with candidate assessment tools is a plus
