Use ticketing, sales and reservation software as part of routine operations.
Follows cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently.
Ability to follow directions as given call center lead and General Manager;
Able to positively communicate both in verbal and written form to other staff and management;
Must meet or exceed the requirements of the Call Center Dept.
Part-time
Mon -Saturday, evenings and weekends required.
