Analog Test Engineers to support the manufacturing of microcircuits (integrated circuits).We create and deliver world-changing solutions for a safer, healthier, and more sustainable future.
- Define, document, and implement methods to perform accurate and efficient characterization and Mil-Spec electrical screening of Analog microcircuits.
- Maintain and improve existing methods for the testing and measurement of microcircuits using ATE.
