    Job Description

    We are seeking a passionate and driven Manufacturing Engineer to join a team of other manufacturing engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identification and elimination of waste in the production process so that quality, manufacturing flexibility and throughput along with operating costs are continually improved. Additionally, the role will be responsible for the implementation of new equipment and processes to support the growth and improvement within all processes.

    • Bachelor's Degree with an engineering focus (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, etc.)
    • 2-7 years of experience within a related field.
    • Proficient in engineering software's such as NX Ideas, Creo, and AutoCAD.
    • Knowledge of business software's such MRP/ERP and Microsoft AX Dynamics preferred.
    • Working knowledge of Six Sigma problem solving, DMAIC process, 8D method, and PDCA cycle.
    • Process Engineer Change Orders (ECOs); develop process documentation; Line balancing; trouble shooting; time study, etc.
    • Understanding of customer satisfaction and business skills.

    Experience level:

    • 3-5+ years

    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Monday to Friday
    • Weekends as needed

    Work setting:

    • In-person
    • Manufacturing facility

    Ability to Commute:

    • Rockford, IL Required)

    Ability to Relocate:

    • Rockford, IL 61107: Relocate before starting work (Required)
