AMI is seeking a Per Diem MRI Technologist to join the team in Cape May Court House NJ office location This is a great opportunity to join a growing outpatient Radiology practice
A generous shift differential of $15.00 per hour applies after 8pm on weekdays and after 12pm on Saturdays
The MRI Technologist is responsible for operating all aspects of MR scanning unit incorporating extensive knowledge of system s computer and all program modalities to perform scanning procedures transfer images to film or software for interpretation evaluating screening to ensure patient safety in magnetic field consulting with radiologist implementing proper scanning protocols as directed completing daily work schedule documenting in Zotec and on any required forms monitoring patient flow accommodating unscheduled patients add-on studies performing all quality control testing equipment calibrations warm-up shut down procedures with proper documentation advising chief technologistoffice administrator need maintenance service repair work participating in office meetings inservice programs continuing education programs other designated activity responding codes policies procedures optimum patient employee visitor physical plant safety security demonstrating competency dealing patients age categories neonatal pediatric adolescent adult geriatric performing duties assigned
