    SCOPE OF WORK



    1. Project Description: Under the supervision, assist the Senior Director, Project Chief Executive



    Officer (PCEO")



    2. Professional/Technical Title: Principal Administrative Associate (PAA) II



    3. Duration of Service Required: 2,080 hours.



    4. Normal Work Week: Monday- Friday



    5. No. of' Hours Per Week: 40 Hours



    6. Hours of Work: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8 hours + 1⁄2 hour unpaid lunch)



    Administrative functions - 100%. Office location - 100%



    Right-of-Way work is not required.



    7. Work Location: Various field offices, New York, NY 10004



    8. Annual Salary commensurate with expereince and education requirements



    9. Reports To:Senior Director, PCEO.



    10. Qualifications Requirements:




    • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of satisfactory full- time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, one year of which must have been in an administrative capacity or supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty.




    • An associate degree or 60 semester credits from an accredited college and minimum of four years of satisfactory full-time or a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a state's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and five years of satisfactory full-time.



    11. Experience Requirements:




    • Minimum of three years of experience in administrative functions.



    12. Licensing & Certification Requirements: None



    13. Special Skills/Training Requirements:




    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.




    • Knowledge of PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.



    14. Description of Work:




    • Answer incoming phone calls. Connect to appropriate person or take messages.




    • Prepare memos, reports, and other contract documents as requested by the manager.




    • Organize and maintain folders and files.




    • Schedule meetings using MS Outlook and/or Teams.




    • Interact with various Design/Construction Managers, field office staff and operating divisions



    and departments.




    • Update Project Status Reports on a monthly basis.




    • Attend progress reports meetings on related projects.




    • Pickup, deliver, and distribute timesheets, contract documents and files.




    • Perform various duties as required by the Senior Director, PCEO.
