Our Lady of the Lake seeks Hospitalists to join their team with a retention rate of over 90 percent.Highlights of the opportunity are:
~ Board Certification or Board Eligibility is required.
~ Physician Lead Organization
~$300K plus potential
~ EPIC EMR inpatient and outpatient
~ Benefits package, relocation allowance, out-going malpractice tail insurance covered and no restrictive covenants/non-compete clauses
~ Reliable 7-on/7-off block schedule with advanced-planning flexibility.
~ Average daily rounding census per Hospitalist of 14-16 patients
