    Coordinator, Brand Marketing, MTE + Action Sports (Americas)As the Coordinator for Brand Marketing focusing on MTE (Made of The Elements) product and Action Sports (Surf + Snow) you will coordinate the efforts across all our cross-functional teams to ensure that the product stories come to life in the most authentic way ensuring we are always showing the consumer our "Off-The
    • Wall" mindset.
    You will have day-to-day oversight of the MTE category working cross-functionally on plans for both our Surf and Snow product as well as our MTE and UltraRange product.

    You will work closely with our Global counterparts, our Merchandising counterparts, and the MTE category team to create regional plans to touch our Americas based consumers.

    You will be responsible in supporting the category for all integrated marketing needs from planning, execution, brand activations and influencer marketing.

    How You Will Make a Difference What you will do:
    Sample coordination and managementYou will attend footwear and apparel line reviews with team for every season both (Global and Regional)

    You will keep track of updated seasonal merchandising line plans.

    Ordering seasonal SMS samples (Footwear and Apparel); managing dedicated budget for SMS ordersReceiving, organizing, cataloging, and storing seasonal SMS samples in the Vans warehouse; daily inventory managementCoordinating samples from footwear and apparel for seasonal photo shootsAssisting producers at photo shoots for sample management and insuring proper product guidance to production teamsSeasonal campaign execution supportPartnering with all marketing functions (Retail Marketing, Paid Media, Organic Social, Wholesale, Vans Family, and Digital Marketing to ensure executional plans are up-to-date and on trackPartner with Global counterparts to ensure all executional plans are on track with Global's approvalAssist with seasonal campaign briefs including submission of briefs and working with Project Manager/Creative teams on Shot List, Asset List and Deliverables neededGlobal product marketing administrative dutiesAttendance at bi-weekly team meetings for minutes taking and distributionAttendance on all global calls with regional teams for minutes taking and distributionPartner with Merchandising team to ensure any changes in product buys, hero colorways etc.

    Skills for SuccessYears of Related Professional Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in coordinating projects and executing marketing plans

    Educational Position Requirements:


    A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

    $60,480.00 USD - $75,600.00 USD annually

    Incentive Potential:

    This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
