Position: Pharmacist

Location: Nashville, TN

Requirements: TN Pharmacist license, good attitude and people skills.

Education: BS in Pharmacy or PharmD.

Duties:

• Review and assess medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve issues.
• Remend formulary alternatives when appropriate.
• pound and dispense medications for accurate delivery to patients.
• Provide drug information and education to medical staff and patients.
• municate with physicians and other clinicians as necessary to facilitate care.
• Oversee technical personnel who assist in the preparation, maintenance, and dispensing of medications and supplies.
• Provide patient counseling efficiently and effectively when required.

pensation: pensation starts at $56.00/hr and up (depending on experience).
