- Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 9 years of related engineering experience OR STEM Master's Degree with 7 years of related engineering experience.

- Experience in technical leadership or management.
- Must have an active DoD Secret clearance (or higher) that is in-scope (granted or renewed in the last 6 years).
- Must be able to attain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR).
